About Kerryn
Artistry At It's Finest
Ive always been passionate about makeup from a young age. I was always stealing my mother's lipsticks, creams and mascaras too . As I became a teenager, I started wearing makeup to school and wouldn't be caught dead without a full coverage and a nude lip. I then started doing all the other girls makeup for our dance concerts. This is when I truely believe I found my passion for makeup;seeing the joy when people saw their faces in the mirror after I got to create the perfect look for them.
Throughout my early twenties I was always asked by family and friends to do their makeup. I was always the best at eyes. Then I started getting into the fitness craze that took over my life and started competing in 'bodybuilding' shows. I found my inner calling where I was able to go completely OTT on the girls as it was intense stage makeup.
When I was planning my wedding to my husband, I found it near IMPOSSIBLE to find a makeup artist to do what I had always done myself, full glam, dramatic eyes and to look like I have makeup on. It was this that I made me what to create my own brand, giving brides what I couldn't find. I like to give you the best personal experience possible, whether you need a great look for a night on the town, a party or a wedding, I’ve got you covered.
I have been growing my brand for a couple of years now, spreading the love and word for my work. Makeup by Kerryn Lee has been a dream come true and I can't wait to see what the future may have installed.. watch this space.
